Mohanad Waheed is an accomplished professional with a wide-ranging experience in the ICT field, spanning over 23 years. He began his journey at TOPTECH Egypt as a technical representative, demonstrating his keen interest and aptitude in the intricate world of technology.
With a relentless pursuit of excellence and a natural affinity for building strong relationships, Mohanad quickly rose through the ranks. In 2004, he assumed the role of Sales Account Manager and successfully leveraged his technical expertise to drive significant growth within the organization. His ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s client base.
Recognizing his exceptional talent and leadership qualities, Mohanad was promoted to Sales Manager in 2012. In this role, he displayed exceptional proficiency in managing a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and consistently achieving challenging targets. His strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for innovation made him an invaluable asset to the company.
Building on his proven track record, Mohanad took on the role of Operations and MIS Director in 2019. In this capacity, he demonstrated his proficiency in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and implementing state-of-the-art technologies.
