Amr Kassem has been Service Delivery Director since March 2022. He had joined TOPTECH Egypt in May 2018 as a Service Delivery Manager. In this role, Amr was responsible for managing the project management team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified time frame, budget, and client satisfaction. Amr was a prominent figure at the company since he led initiatives to implement new processes that enhance efficiency and drive innovation. These changes have proven to increase productivity and improve customer satisfaction. Amr, MBA holder in Strategic Management, owns 20 years of solid experience in Project Management in multinational and multicultural companies like Vodafone Egypt, Dell Technologies and THALES.
