Deploying a Comprehensive Smart Solution: Mamsha Ahl Misr Promenade Case Study

This case study focuses on the implementation of a cutting-edge smart solution for Mamsha Ahl Misr Promenade, a prominent commercial complex in Egypt. The project was undertaken by TOPTECH’s smart solutions division, integrating the Honeywell Farenhyt fire alarm system, Hanwa CCTV surveillance, Aruba Wi-Fi infrastructure, and Cisco networking switches. Mamsha Ahl Misr Promenade is a vibrant commercial hub situated in a bustling area of Egypt. Considering the increasing need for comprehensive security and efficient connectivity within such a complex, TOPTECH’s smart solutions division was approached to develop and implement a state-of-the-art solution.

TOPTECH Project consultants identified smart site requirements:

• Fire Safety: Ensuring the safety of visitors and tenants was of prime importance. Integrating an advanced fire alarm system to detect, notify, and respond to potential fire incidents was a central challenge.
• Comprehensive Surveillance: Securing the premises required an integrated CCTV surveillance system capable of monitoring various zones, providing real-time video footage, and ensuring efficient incident response.
• Robust Connectivity: Providing seamless Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the complex, accommodating high user volumes, and maintaining top-notch network performance were critical challenges.
• Networking Infrastructure: Creating a robust network infrastructure to integrate the various smart components required well-planned network architectures and reliable equipment.

Project was swiftly implemented as follows:

Honeywell Farenhyt Fire Alarm System: TOPTECH deployed the Honeywell Farenhyt fire alarm system to ensure prompt fire detection. The solution encompassed smoke detectors, heat sensors, and sirens strategically placed throughout the complex. Additionally, advanced control panels and a centralized command center provided real-time alerts for swift incident response.

Hanwa CCTV Surveillance: The Hanwa CCTV surveillance system was integrated, incorporating a network of high-resolution cameras strategically positioned around the premises. The system offered real-time monitoring, recording capabilities, and the ability to store video footage on centralized servers. These cameras were also equipped with intelligent video analytics to enhance incident detection.

Aruba Wi-Fi Infrastructure: Aruba’s Wi-Fi solution was implemented to provide seamless connectivity to visitors, tenants, and staff.
