Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design, implement and configure different types of Infrastructure products.
- Responsible for the implementation of Proof of Concepts and Demos at the
customer lab.
- Manage the introduction of new technologies and services into production
- Work with presales team to respond to customers RFP, handle technical
workshops and conduct presentation with customers.
- Support various implementations of special and complex customer set ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years related work experience in customer facing organizations
within the IT industry, 2 at least in technology consulting and design.
- Advanced understanding of IT server, storage, virtualization, backup and
replication technologies.
- SAN Switches installation and configuration (Brocade and Cisco MDS).
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system.
- IBM AIX administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Advanced understanding of blade Servers installation and implementation.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, other language is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer facing skills with track record of effective experience.
- Team player.
- Reasonable business & commercial acumen.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Independent self-starter.
- Willing to Study new technologies and get certified if needed.
- Networker Backup knowledge/certificate is a plus.
